AYNI TOKEN INC is incorporated in the British Virgin Islands under company number 2174797. It provides the AYNI Gold platform and issues AYNI. It does not conduct mining or resource extraction.

Minerales San Hilario S.C.R.L. is a Peruvian company (RUC No. 20606465255) that holds and operates mining concession No. 070011405. It independently provides the production and operating data used by the programme.

PHOEBE PARTNERS LIMITED, a Cyprus company (registration number HE 126964), may support payment processing, customer communication, and compliance coordination in the European Economic Area. It does not issue AYNI, Gold Units, or PAXG and is not the programme provider.
