Where can I buy Gold Units?

Gold Units are available through the Official Shop in Ayni’s Market.

The Official Shop is the primary market where eligible users acquire Gold Units directly from AYNI TOKEN INC.

Gold Units offered by other users are available separately through the Marketplace.

How to purchase a Gold Unit

1. Create or sign in to your account

Open the AYNI Gold app and register using an available login method.

The platform may create a virtual wallet for your account using third-party wallet infrastructure.

2. Open Gold Units

Go to the Gold Units or Official Shop section.

The page displays the tiers currently available for purchase.

3. Choose a tier

Review:

  • the listed price;

  • mining-linked capacity;

  • estimated reward;

  • Target Variable Reward;

  • current availability;

  • applicable restrictions and disclosures.

4. Complete the required verification

Identity or payment-provider verification may be required before the transaction can proceed.

The type of verification may depend on:

  • your country;

  • transaction amount;

  • payment method;

  • risk profile;

  • transaction history;

  • provider requirements;

  • applicable compliance rules.

AYNI Gold may request additional verification, source-of-funds information or supporting documents.

5. Select a payment method

Choose one of the payment methods displayed at checkout. Available methods may vary by country, transaction amount and provider availability.

6. Review the checkout information

Before confirming, check:

  • the selected Gold Unit tier;

  • the total amount;

  • payment currency;

  • immediate-delivery consent;

  • applicable legal and risk disclosures.

7. Confirm the purchase

Complete the payment through the payment provider.

8. Check your inventory

A Gold Unit is delivered when it is credited to your platform account and appears in your inventory.

Delivery normally takes place within minutes after the payment provider confirms the payment.

Are payment-processing fees included?

The Official Shop price displayed at checkout is the total amount charged by AYNI Gold for the Gold Unit.

AYNI Gold bears its payment-processing costs for Official Shop purchases.

Your bank, card issuer or payment service may independently charge:

  • currency-conversion fees;

  • foreign-transaction fees;

  • transfer fees;

  • other charges under your agreement with that provider.

AYNI Gold does not control or refund those third-party charges.

Is a crypto wallet required?

A separate external crypto wallet is not required to begin using the platform.

Your AYNI Gold account may include a virtual wallet supported by third-party infrastructure. Access is connected to your registered login method and one-time-password verification.

External-wallet functionality is subject to the platform’s phased ownership model and KYC requirements.

Is KYC required?

You should expect identity verification when purchasing or using Gold Units.

Verification may take place through the payment provider or directly through AYNI Gold’s KYC provider.

Platform-level KYC is always required before:

  • withdrawing rewards;

  • externalising digital assets;

  • transferring eligible assets to an external wallet.

Marketplace access and other higher-risk functions may also require completed verification.

What happens after purchase?

After delivery:

  • the Gold Unit appears in your inventory;

  • its reward position becomes active under the programme rules;

  • the app begins displaying estimated accruals and cycle progress;

  • the purchase generally becomes final and non-refundable;

  • transfer restrictions may apply depending on the payment method.

What is the 30-day card-purchase restriction?

A Gold Unit purchased with a payment card may not be listed on the Marketplace, transferred or externalised for 30 days after purchase.

The restriction reflects the period during which a card transaction may be disputed or charged back.

Rewards continue to accrue during the restriction.

The restriction generally does not apply to supported payment methods that are not exposed to card chargebacks, such as supported crypto or Binance Pay transactions. Check the information shown at checkout.

What if payment was confirmed but the unit did not arrive?

First, confirm that:

  • the payment is completed rather than pending;

  • you are signed in to the correct account;

  • you have refreshed the inventory page;

  • the payment provider has not requested additional verification.

If the Gold Unit still does not appear, contact AYNI Gold through the in-app support chat.

Provide:

  • your account email;

  • transaction date;

  • amount and currency;

  • payment method;

  • transaction or order reference;

  • payment-provider receipt;

  • a description of the problem.

If payment was confirmed but AYNI Gold cannot deliver the Gold Unit within 72 hours, you may be eligible for a refund under the Refund Policy.

Can I cancel after delivery?

Purchases are generally final once the Gold Unit has been delivered to your account. For full details on what qualifies for a refund, see Gold Unit Refunds and Purchase Problems.

Limited exceptions apply to non-delivery, duplicate charges, incorrect amounts, material technical errors, cancellation by AYNI Gold before delivery, and rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
