Minerales San Hilario S.C.R.L. was incorporated in Peru on 17 August 2023 and is the licensed operator of concession No. 070011405 in Madre de Dios.
The independent Phase 1 Scoping Study was published in May 2025.
The AYNI token contract, Whitepaper, verification materials, and smart-contract review records are publicly available.
The Mining Asset page reports pilot-period extraction records. As of May 2026, the public figure was 13,434.8 grams extracted.
Current programme status
AYNI Gold currently links programme participation to the operating concession. Participants can use the Gold Units or AYNI Token Staking formats, review operating and verification materials, and may receive PAXG rewards when a distributable result is calculated under the programme rules.
Planned development
Public materials describe ongoing work on operating capacity, platform infrastructure, and verification records. Any future listings, mobile applications, additional concessions, equipment, partnerships, or integrations remain planned until they are completed and publicly verified.
Governance
DAO governance is not currently live. The Terms describe a future governance framework targeted for Q4 2026; the launch date, voting mechanics, and scope may change.
