Prices, capacity figures, availability, reward estimates and Target VR values may be updated. Review the current information in the AYNI Gold app before purchasing.
What changes between tiers?
Higher tiers contain more mining-linked capacity in a single Gold Unit.
A higher tier may also have a higher indicative Target VR under the current programme structure.
The tier does not guarantee that a specific amount of material will be processed or that a specific amount of gold or rewards will be produced.
What is one base capacity unit?
One base capacity unit corresponds to 4 cm³ per hour of mining-linked capacity.
Gold Unit tiers package different quantities of this base capacity into a single digital participation unit.
For example, the Pickaxe tier contains substantially less capacity than the Truck or Scale tiers.
Does capacity equal gold production?
No. Capacity describes the productive capability used in the calculation model. It is not the same as actual processed volume or recovered gold.
Actual production depends on operating conditions, including:
how many hours the operation runs;
equipment availability and downtime;
material availability;
the gold content of processed material;
recovery performance;
weather and site conditions;
staffing, logistics and supplies;
legal or regulatory interruptions.
Capacity is the starting point for the calculation, not a guarantee of output.
What is Target VR?
Target Variable Reward, or Target VR, is an indicative annual reward level calculated for a participation format.
“Variable” means the actual result changes with the performance of the mining-linked programme.
Target VR is not:
a guaranteed return;
fixed interest;
a dividend;
a repayment obligation;
a promise of future income;
a forecast that AYNI Gold is required to achieve.
The actual result may be lower than the displayed Target VR and may be zero.
How should I choose a tier?
Consider:
the amount you are prepared to use;
the mining-linked capacity assigned to the tier;
the indicative Target VR;
the variable nature of rewards;
the 90-day reward cycle;
your need for liquidity;
Marketplace availability and risks;
whether Gold Units are lawful and appropriate in your jurisdiction.
Do not choose a tier based only on its Target VR. Higher estimated rewards do not eliminate production, market, liquidity, legal or technical risks. When you're ready to purchase, see How to Buy a Gold Unit for a step-by-step guide.
Can I own more than one Gold Unit?
Yes, subject to availability, eligibility and applicable transaction limits.
You may hold several Gold Units of the same or different tiers.
Do multiple Gold Units merge?
No.
Each Gold Unit remains an independent position with its own:
ownership record;
reward accrual;
reward cycle;
claim status;
Marketplace status;
transaction history.
The app may display rewards from several positions together for convenience, but the underlying Gold Units remain separate.
Can I upgrade a Gold Unit?
Gold Units are fixed tiers. Purchasing a smaller tier does not automatically convert it into a higher tier when you buy additional units.
You may purchase another Gold Unit or sell an eligible Gold Unit through the Marketplace and acquire a different one. Availability and Marketplace liquidity are not guaranteed.
Are the listed prices resale values?
No.
The Official Shop price is the price for purchasing a Gold Unit directly from AYNI TOKEN INC.
A Marketplace seller chooses the listing price for a secondary sale. A listed price does not guarantee that another user will buy the Gold Unit.
AYNI Gold does not guarantee a Gold Unit’s resale value or provide a mandatory buyback.
