What is Ayni’s Market?
Ayni’s Market has two parts:
Official Shop: the primary market where users acquire Gold Units directly from AYNI TOKEN INC.
Marketplace: the secondary market where eligible users purchase Gold Units from and sell them to other users.
A Marketplace purchase is a user-to-user transaction. The buyer pays the previous holder rather than purchasing a newly issued unit from AYNI TOKEN INC.
What currency does the Marketplace use?
Marketplace listings and purchases are denominated and settled in AYNI tokens.
The AYNI amount required for a purchase may have a different market value over time because the price of AYNI can fluctuate.
How are Marketplace prices set?
The seller chooses a fixed listing price.
A listing price is an offer made by the seller. It is not:
a valuation provided by AYNI Gold;
a guaranteed sale price;
proof that a buyer is available;
an obligation for AYNI Gold to purchase the unit;
the same as the original Official Shop price.
What fee applies?
A 5% Marketplace service fee applies and is included in the buyer’s final price.
Review the final transaction amount before confirming a purchase.
How do I list a Gold Unit?
To list an eligible Gold Unit:
Sign in to the AYNI Gold app.
Open your Gold Unit inventory.
Select the unit you want to sell.
Choose the Marketplace listing option.
Enter the fixed listing price.
Review the fee, restrictions and final listing information.
Confirm the listing.
The exact interface may change as the platform is updated.
Can I cancel a listing?
Yes.
A seller may cancel an active listing before another user completes the purchase.
Once the sale has been executed, the transaction is final and cannot be cancelled or reversed by AYNI Gold.
Do rewards continue while a unit is listed?
Yes.
Rewards continue to accrue to the seller while the Gold Unit remains listed and unsold.
When the sale is completed, accruals stop for the seller at the moment of sale. All rewards accrued before the sale—including rewards not yet claimed—remain claimable by the seller.
What happens to the reward cycle after a sale?
The buyer starts a new 90-day reward cycle from the Marketplace purchase date.
The seller’s cycle, accrued rewards and unclaimed rewards do not transfer with the Gold Unit. Nothing already accrued by the seller is lost because of the sale.
The buyer’s accruals begin under the new cycle after purchase, subject to the programme rules.
Can every Gold Unit be listed immediately?
No.
A Gold Unit may be unavailable for listing because of several reasons. For full details on KYC and ownership phases that affect eligibility, see Gold Unit Ownership, Wallets, and KYC. Common reasons include:
a 30-day card-purchase restriction;
incomplete identity verification;
account or jurisdictional restrictions;
an active payment dispute or chargeback;
fraud or compliance review;
technical or platform restrictions;
the Gold Unit already being listed, transferred, suspended or otherwise restricted.
What is the 30-day card-purchase restriction?
A Gold Unit purchased with a payment card cannot be listed, transferred or externalised for 30 days after the purchase date.
Rewards continue to accrue during the restriction.
This holding period generally does not apply to supported payment methods that are not subject to card chargebacks.
Does the Marketplace guarantee liquidity?
No.
Transferability and liquidity are different.
The Marketplace gives eligible users a mechanism for offering Gold Units to other users. It does not guarantee that:
another user will buy the unit;
a sale will happen within a particular period;
the unit will sell for its original purchase price;
the unit will sell for the seller’s requested price;
Marketplace activity will always be available;
AYNI Gold will provide a buyer or repurchase the unit.
The Marketplace may have limited or no liquidity.
Does AYNI Gold redeem or buy back Gold Units?
No mandatory redemption or buyback obligation exists.
Any sale depends on another eligible user completing a Marketplace purchase.
A refund under the Refund Policy is not a buyback or redemption mechanism.
Are Marketplace purchases refundable?
No. Marketplace transactions are final when executed. AYNI Gold does not refund or reverse:
the purchase price;
the Marketplace service fee;
a transaction because the buyer changed their mind;
a transaction because rewards were lower than expected;
a transaction because the market value of AYNI, PAXG, gold or the Gold Unit changed.
This does not prevent AYNI Gold from taking action where fraud, sanctions, unauthorised activity or another serious compliance issue is identified.
What should I review before buying?
Before purchasing from another user, review:
the exact Gold Unit tier;
the listing price in AYNI;
the current value of AYNI;
the included service fee;
the new 90-day cycle starting from the purchase date;
estimated rather than guaranteed rewards;
applicable transfer or account restrictions;
Marketplace liquidity risk.
